+ Critical cases may sometimes delay us during the day, but we will make every effort to see you at your scheduled appointment time.

+ We are always happy to have you drop your cat off and pick up later in the day if it is more convenient for you.

+ Drop offs are welcome at any time.

+ Early drop off time is 7:30 a.m.
